As an analog photographer, Lia O’Brien approaches photography as both a craft and a form of preservation. Whether capturing candid expressions, landscapes, or glimpses of wildlife, each frame is an attempt to authentically suspend a moment in time.
This portfolio is the result of years of travel across Asia, Europe, and diverse regions of the United States. Working primarily with film, O’Brien composes frames with the intention of reflecting the spirit of the scene, from grand landscapes to observations of everyday life.
